illumineawake bf1d2f9514 BlastFurnaceBotPlugin: added config for efficiency based on game ticks and updated inventory and bank actions to align with botutils changes. 
botutils: transformed all bank and inventory functions so visibility is not required and should avoid npe. Potentially could have broken other plugins
