* Add '-fsanitize' optional flags to flattests and flatc targets

Control: -DFLATBUFFERS_CODE_SANITIZE=(ON | OFF | "=memory,undefined")
Travis-CI: building with -DFLATBUFFERS_CODE_SANITIZE=ON

* Fix -pie flag

* Cleanup
