Almost three years after the big SHARED segment separation got
unfortunately stuck thanks to this function, it's finally done!

Wow, that was unexpectedly painless – even for TH03 where we have to
deal with a significant number of un-RE'd pieces of data. And for TH04
and TH05, it turns out that we not only *want* to move the entire _TEXT
segment into the new unit to keep the amount of `extern` declarations
to a minimum, but in fact *have* to because of graph_putsa_fx()'s fancy
labels in the data segment.

It's easy to blame ASM micro-optimizations for bugs like these, but the
original C++ version from TH01 was equally bugged for FX_WEIGHT_BLACK.

And get rid of the constraining FX() macro, with its spacing parameter
that we haven't even seen used so far.

I did consider not doing this, because "well, can't anyone who's
*actually* interested just diff the TH01 and TH02 implementations to
figure out the differences themselves", but that duplication ended up
feeling too filthy after all.
And hey, it's a nice excuse to update TH02's version to current naming
standards! 😛
