Fixes: Inventory in old & new utils, iQuester, iEater, iFighter, iRoo… (#136) 
* Fixes: Inventory in old & new utils, iQuester, iEater, iFighter, iRooftop, iHerb, iBlackjack

Tested most of it but still needs more testing.

Illu I noticed a couple of issues with iQuester Free - I fixed some and left TODO's for others.

* Bootstrap Plugins

* Update plugins.json

* Fix item dropping, add working(?) methods for itemsInteract and combineItems

* fix iRooftopAgility alching

illumineawake 3e35dda4d5 update iutils and free plugins to be compatible with latest OPRS update. 
iutils: added LegacyMenuEntry, this will be required for all plugins utilising old methods of interacting using iUtils.
iutils: remove OSBItem, GrandExchangePrices class should be utilised instead
remove deprecated TileQuery

free plugins: updated to be compatible with above

illumineawake c8b072c2c4 iUtils: major update of doAction functions. Now has functions for each object type which will check the relevant click bounds of the object, create the menu entry and add to actionQueue. 
BankUtils: Added Mine Cart as an option for Deposit box

all other plugins: checkStyle formatting and dependencies version update
