Zak	07c74e4641	Updated devcontainer ... Prior it was statically set to use a specific range of IPs. I changed this so it could be set via environment variables. Also, NATS port 4222 is a reserved port for Hyper-V. I updated this so it could be set in env variables as well.	2021-06-12 20:49:10 -07:00
