- Allow users to override the custom server entry
- Allow users to set their own servers
- Update some styling
If the user sets a their own server list, it will ignore the customServer setting
- Added ENV variables that follow linux and docker best practices
- Rewrite fields to contain local, env, and defaults
- Make sure webroot and accessUrl are in the proper format to avoid issues if set improperly
- Move settings.json to a folder for use with docker volume mapping
