Added report module for templated markdown reports
...
Reports are generated based on platform and use Jinja2.
Report templates are in pwncat/data/reports. I still need
to implement the full report for the individual platforms, but
have some boilerplate in the generic template. The module will
also render markdown to the terminal via rich markdown, however
tables are currently not rendered properly.

Final touches on converted modules
...
- Got the pam persistence module working
- Added persistence escalation module to utilize installed persistence
- Added escalation module priorities (EscalateModule.PRIORITY)
- Should be > 0.
- Default is 100.
- Persistence escalation has priority of -1 to ensure it runs first.
- Added enumeration module for passwords retrieved from pam persistence.
- Removed version specifier for python-rich (it was very old for some reason).

Corrected the issue where base64 stream GTFOBin file writes would not work with files larger than 4096 bytes.
...
We patched base64io to include newlines.
