Subject: [PATCH] bump version to 1.1.1

Fixes:
- https://github.com/buildinspace/peru/pull/173 fixed
  https://github.com/buildinspace/peru/issues/175, a bad state peru
  would get into if git was not installed.
- lint fixes for Python 3.6
