Attila Tajti 761bff63c0 server/camlistored: add sha224 support to web UI 
The web UI support the old sha1 blob hash only.

Add initial support for sha224 blob refs.

Also add sha2.js and sha224.js to goog/crypt in the embedded resources.

Install the official package from npm.

Require the package and use goog.require normally.
