Hernan Grecco a6e4f87bc7 Implemented an optional parameter (attr) in 'camtool claims' to filter by claim type 
For example, to obtain all the versions for a given file use:

   $ camtool claims <permanode> --attr="camliContent"

It's a way to store, sync, share, model and back up content.

It stands for "Content-Addressable Multi-Layer Indexed Storage", for
lack of a better name.  For more, see:
