mpl b76a4f6727 internal/osutil: revert to using "test safe" func for identitySecretRing 
And while we're at it, rename said func (CamliConfigDir) to
PerkeepConfigDir.

Fixes #1161

This is the webserver that serves perkeep.org. You will need to build and run it in order to preview changes to the documentation.

go build
./website

The webserver runs on port 31798.
