Brad Fitzpatrick 3388e363b9 schema: add FileReader.ForeachChunk 
Will be used by the blobpacked storage server.

Also, we can then rewrite much of the legacy crufty methods on
FileReader in terms of this.

It's a way to store, sync, share, model and back up content.

It stands for "Content-Addressable Multi-Layer Indexed Storage", for
lack of a better name.  For more, see:
