mpl d1b4a1ef46 website: added -also_run to camweb and fixed sharing doc 
-added -also_run so we could run scripts/run-blobserver
to start a blobserver for the sharing demos/doc.
-added new share blob to the root and rmed the old one
-run-blobserver now uses make.go
-fixed doc to account for the share handler

mpl 698e8605e6 website: /pkg/ and /cmd/ work. 
-added some doc.go for each command to make /cmd/*
work nicely.
-hacked a bit of style, mostly borrowed from golang too.
