Brad Fitzpatrick e0dad70437 serverinit: re-baseline genconfig testdata 
Just re-run --update_golden, to get it all into canonical format,
to minimize the size of the next diff.

Apparently these have been hand-edited a lot.

Aaron Boodman 49010a1834 Recent versions of Chrome no longer fire popstate on initial load. 
Back button broke as a result for first navigation. This fixes it
a different, more robust way.

Switch to a URL in the form of
https://s3.amazonaws.com/mybucket.mydomain.com/myObjectKey
This adds support for buckets with periods in their name and S3 clones

Brian Gitonga Marete b6e862af7b pkg/blobserver/encrypt: Log time it takes to read encryption metadata. 
We'll use this later on to see the effect of using blob streaming
rather than enumeration. In particular, we will be looking for a
significant speed-up with diskpacked when metadata processing uses
streaming rather than enumeration.

Aaron Boodman 7ea783a06c Center the Foursquare logo properly no matter the container size. 
There are other problems at small container sizes, but those are
a bit more involved to fix.

mpl 2ed5cfe4ea netutil,dockertest: some timeout changes 
1) replaced fixed sleep with exponential back-off tries when creating
test db on postgres.

2) disabled journaling for mongo, so no need to wait for it for a long
time anymore.
