These projects were tested and it was found that their use
of MSAN does not work on Ubuntu 20.04. Therefore their use of
MSAN is being disabled.

I am adding myself (using my Google account) as an auto_cc in
preparation for taking over ownership of the qpdf project and doing a
full integration with oss-fuzz.
