Mike Aizatsky 487e9f4ed6 [infra] removing FUZZER_LDFLAGS (fixes #73) 
Workarounds libc++abi issue by folding libc++abi.a into libc++.a.
Will keep FUZZER_LDFLAGS empty for a while until tpm2 is fixed.
