New fuzzers (swim_proto_member_fuzzer and swim_proto_meta_fuzzer) uses
library core that requires libunwind. Unfortunately libunwind is not
available in environment where fuzzers run and it leads to bad build [1]:

have either startup crash or exit:

We don't want to fuzz backtrace-related source code in Tarantool, so
using libunwind has been disabled.
