Alex Willmer	0db7467e4a	tests: Authenticate to AWS Elastic Container Registry for `docker pull` This should increase the rate limit from 1/s to 10/s. issue #477 : add mitogen_py24 CI test type.

Butcher the crap out of run_tests because we don't have/want/need
