Organization recommendations

Just a bit about the organization so far we had (but open to any suggestions).

The limitation/case is that an issue/PR can belong only to one project and milestone

milestones should be used for release planning
project to some thematical/topic grouping like a refactoring test or new Callbacks
labels let's keep as a small set more related to action labels what are needed actions to a PR or issue
