Erez Shinan 5c6df8e825 Moved and restructured exceptions 
* All exceptions are now under exceptions.py
* UnexpectedInput is now superclass of UnexpectedToken and UnexpectedCharacters,
  all of which support the get_context() and match_examples() methods.
