json.py cleaning from outdated libs (#1533)

* json.py cleaning from outdated libs

* [pre-commit.ci] auto fixes from pre-commit.com hooks

for more information, see https://pre-commit.ci

* 1. Removed cjson and simplejson from documentation, as those libraries aren't supported anymore
2. Removed _json_extra_kwargs from json.py
