kombu.compat: Carrot compatible interface to Kombu

To use, replace:

    from carrot.connection import BrokerConnection
    from carrot.messaging import Publisher, Consumer

with:

    from kombu.connection import BrokerConnection
    from kombu.compat import Publisher, Consumer
