All occurences of the term Backend has been replaced with Transport. kombu.backends -> kombu.transport BrokerConnection(backend_cls="pika") -> BrokerConnection(transport="pika") kombu.backends.base.BaseBackend -> kombu.transport.base.Transport kombu.backends.pyredis.RedisBackend -> kombu.transport.pyredis.Transport etc, etc.
