Docs: Fix examples PPA command; Cython for v1.10.0

- PPA examples package is named kivy-examples, not python-kivy-examples
- Recommended Cython version for v1.10.0 is 0.25.2 as specified in
  setup.py & deps-cython.rst.  1.10.1 has not been released yet.
