Unable to get a Window, abort.

If Kivy cannot instanciate a Window core provider (mostly SDL2), you'll see
this. The underlaying issue depends of many things:
- check your setup. Twice.
- check that you have a support for OpenGL 2.1 minimum
- if you use windows and ANGLE, check that you have DirectX 9 support
- if your platform doesn't supports OpenGL, SDL2 can't init OpenGL
- don't mix dependencies architecture (Python 64 bits and 32 bits extensions/SDL2)
- don't mix python installation: if you have Python and Anaconda installed,
check your PATH to ensure that it won't be mixed, or bad stuff can happen.
- ensure you have all dependencies installed (like `kivy.deps.sdl2`)
- maybe your drivers have missing OpenGL symbol? Try to switch to another KIVY_GL_BACKEND manually to check.
- maybe your Pycharm configuration is incorrect (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49466785/kivy-error-python-2-7-sdl2-import-error)
