Subject: [PATCH] GH-78722: Raise exceptions from `pathlib.Path.iterdir()`
 without delay. (#107320)

`pathlib.Path.iterdir()` now immediately raises any `OSError`
exception from `os.listdir()`, rather than waiting until its
result is iterated over.
