- wrapper: pass wrapper's command-line args to application,
after those in the job file (if any).
This lets you pass different command-line args to the app
for different workunits,
without creating a new app version per workunit.
NOTE: actually, I don't think this is necessary;
the job file can be part of the workunit, not part of the app version.
