Oddly enough, I couldn't repro this on Chrome or Firefox;
I remained logged in after quit/restart browser,
even though the cookie said it was for this browsing session only.
- add a "forgot email address?" link
- change text to say that the authenticator method can be used
in case of forgotten email OR forgotten password
- if bad password on login, show them the login form again
(with email field populated)
instead of a harsh failure message
- if bad email on login, show login form again instead of harsh message
- update authenticator method instructions
with new BOINC data directory paths

Message rating was a failed experiment.

- "forgot password?" takes you to a page with two options:
1) type in email address, get an email with login link
2) instructions for recovering account key from BOINC account file
- email is stripped-down, has login link and not much else
