Charlie Fenton fc968249c3 MGR: Allow user to select which list columns to show or hide in Projects, Tasks and Transfers tabs. 
- New dialog also allows restoring column configurations to defaults.

Charlie Fenton 42411f2a54 WINBUILD: We must set wxDEBUG_LEVEL=0 in Manager preprocessor definitions for release builds, otherwise __WXDEBUG__ is defined because the Manager includes wxwidgets\include\wx\debug.h.
