David Anderson ce00365f86 file upload handler: make uploaded file read-only to prevent repeat upload 
... and if we try to upload a file and it exists and is read-only,
return success so the client won't keep trying.

Rom Walton 0d7ecc6a16 VBOX: Move detection of errors reported by VirtualBox to a little later in the start up process. It may take the VM process a few moments to figure out if it will be able to run. 
TODO: Remove some duplicated code.

When also including an older recaptchalib.php this function gets redefined. Since it is only a wrapper function and only used within BOINC, renaming it is safe.

Rom Walton caf5255735 VBOX: Add code to handle search path modification for Linux and Mac. 
Something has changed on OS X that prevents /usr/local/bin from being in the default search path.  It is when launched from a terminal window, but not when BOINC launches vboxwrapper.  I think recent versions of VirtualBox changed where it stores VboxManage on install.  bbad0d9d recently addressed this in the CC.

Christian Beer dd004404a1 Daemons: add usage function to project specific handler 
Projects that have there own assimilator need to implement the assimilate_handler_usage() function and should printf() a description of those custom options. For examples see sample_assimilator.cpp or script_assimilator.cpp

Tristan Olive 428d19f34e Drupal: Fix E_STRICT issues with PHP 5.4+ in contrib modules 
Variable reference issues cause problems in PHP version higher than 5.3. The cck, content_profile, ctools, and panels modules need to be overridden to patch these issues, as no fixes are available in module releases.
